Frequently Asked Questions
Your Peace of Mind Matters
We understand that choosing a programme for your daughter comes with important questions. We are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and respectful environment where every girl can learn and grow.
1. Designed to Complement School, Not Compete With It
CHARAVÉA is designed to complement a girl's education rather than add unnecessary academic pressure.
Our programmes focus on areas that support development beyond the classroom, including confidence, resilience, communication, social skills, relationships, decision-making, character, and purpose.
2. Safety & Safeguarding Come First
Your daughter's safety and wellbeing are central to everything we do.
Facilitators are appropriately checked and trained for their roles.
Safeguarding procedures are in place to protect participants.
We maintain clear boundaries between mentoring, education, and specialist support.
Where a concern falls outside our role, we follow appropriate safeguarding and referral procedures.
3. Respecting Privacy
We treat personal information and participant reflections with care and respect.
Information collected through the programme is handled in accordance with applicable data protection and safeguarding requirements. Parents and participants will be informed about what information is collected, why it is needed, and how it is used.
4. Parents Stay Connected
Parents are an important part of their daughter's development.
Where appropriate, families can receive programme updates, session summaries, conversation starters, and guidance to help continue positive conversations and learning at home.
5. Every Girl Develops at Her Own Pace
There is no single definition of success or growth.
CHARAVÉA gives girls opportunities to discover their strengths, develop new skills, reflect on their experiences, set goals, and recognise their own progress.
Our goal is not to create perfect girls. It is to help girls become confident, resilient, compassionate, purposeful young women who know themselves, value themselves, and are equipped to navigate life.
