CHARAVÉA | Character & Life Development

Form the character. Shape the future.

WHO SHE’S BECOMING MATTERS.

A developmental programme helping girls and young women build character, confidence, self-awareness, relationships, purpose, leadership and practical life skills as they grow into the women they are becoming.

Why CHARAVÉA?

Growing up is about more than academic achievement.

Girls need opportunities to understand who they are, what they value, how they relate to others, how they make decisions and what kind of woman they want to become.

CHARAVÉA provides a structured developmental journey that brings together:

Character • Confidence • Wellbeing • Relationships • Purpose • Leadership

Our approach is designed to help girls move from self-discovery → character formation → purposeful action.

Three Stages. One Journey.

The Five Areas We Develop

CHARAVÉA takes a whole-person approach.

BODY

Understanding health, wellbeing, body changes and healthy choices.

MIND

Developing emotional intelligence, resilience, critical thinking and self-awareness.

RELATIONSHIPS

Learning boundaries, communication, respect, healthy relationships and personal safety.

PURPOSE

Exploring strengths, education, career, goals, contribution and direction.

SPIRIT

Developing values, character, faith, integrity and a sense of meaning.

The CHARAVÉA Method™

We don't simply tell girls what to do.

We help them discover, understand, practise and apply what they are learning.

More Than Mentoring

CHARAVÉA is designed as a structured developmental programme, rather than informal mentoring alone.

Participants build a personal record of their development through the:

CHARAVÉA Growth Portfolio™

They can reflect on:

  • Character growth

  • Personal strengths

  • Goals

  • Decisions

  • Challenges

  • Skills

  • Leadership

  • Relationships

  • Purpose

  • Personal progress

The emphasis is not on perfection.

It is about progress.

You don't have to navigate every stage of your daughter's development alone.

CHARAVÉA creates a structured space where young women can explore important questions while parents and carers remain an important part of the journey.

Parents receive appropriate programme information and opportunities to understand the areas being developed.

Because raising a girl is not only about protecting her from the world.

It is also about preparing her to navigate it wisely.

For Parents & Carers

CHARAVÉA can be delivered through:

  • Families

  • Schools

  • Churches and faith communities

  • Youth organisations

  • Community organisations

  • Girls' groups

  • Women's organisations

  • Educational programmes

  • Community development initiatives

We can work with individual cohorts or organisational partners.
