Ages 17-20

The third stage of the CHARAVÉA journey is designed for young women aged 17–20 as they move towards greater independence, adulthood, professional life and personal responsibility.

This stage goes beyond identity and confidence. It focuses on real-life readiness — helping young women develop the knowledge, judgement, character and practical skills to make informed decisions and build a purposeful future.
